NWGA is open to all women golfers, Natanis members and non-members, who want play golf with other women golfers. Yearly dues are $20.00, with an exception if you are age 72 +. Print the membership form and turn it in on the first day you play.

Saturday Morning Procedure

In 2010 NWGA initiated a new procedure for Saturday morning play. The new procedure was a big change but by year’s end drew great reviews. At the 2024 Year End meeting the ladies voted to have Marsha Adams and Charlotte Cole continue as co-tournament directors. Our current website address is www.chacole.net.
Sign-up
The sign-up procedure begins or opens on Saturday mornings at 6:00 AM and closes at 12:00 noon on Friday, the day before the event. Sign-up can be accomplished by using one of the following methods:
1. Answer the Golf Genius invitation, for next Saturday’s event, sent via email every Saturday morning.
2. Go to www.chacole.net and fill out the form found on the “Sat. Sign-up” page.
3. Call or e-mail Charlotte at 872-1923 (H/M) or Chacole@roadrunner.com.
If by chance your plans change and you can’t make a Saturday morning event that you have previously signed up for, all we ask is that you let Charlotte know so she can make the necessary adjustments to the pairings. Just call or e-mail Charlotte (see above). If you have missed a “sign-up” deadline don’t fret… just call Charlotte to check on availabilities.
Pairings/Tee Times
Now that you have signed up, we can make the pairings and assign the tee times. This is what allows us to eliminate the long waits to tee off. On Friday afternoon around 3:00 PM, Charlotte emails and post the tee sheet on the web at www.chacole.net.
Once you have found out your tee time it is your responsibility to arrive at the appropriate tee ten minutes prior to that time.
Example: Your tee time is 8:00 AM. You’re to be at that tee and ready to play no later than 7:50 AM.
This doesn’t mean you can’t arrive even earlier, it simply means don’t be late. Remember lateness doesn’t just affect you, it affects the entire pairing. If on a
On Saturday morning you find yourself running late just call Chacole at 872-1923 or Natanis, 622-3561 to let us know so we can adjust and not force your pairing to be held. Also, remember to allow time for check-in, at that time you will pay your entry fees ($5 for game and $3 side-game (optional)), receive your game instructions and a score card.
The 19th Hole
Once you are through playing make sure to post your score(s) and turn in a score card for your twosome, threesome or foursome. Your cards can be turned into Marsha, Charlotte or we will inform you of our designated “Special Helper” for that day. Now that your responsibilities are done sit back, have a drink and socialize.
After all the groups have returned to the clubhouse and turned in their score cards Marsha and Charlotte go to work. They will process the scores, calculate the results and upload those results to www.chacole.net for your viewing.
